Connie Jean (Roundell) Zimmerman

Connie Jean Zimmerman, age 73, formerly of Washington Court House, OH, passed away peacefully, surrounded by her daughters, on Saturday, January 16, 2021.

Born in Toledo, Ohio on March 30, 1947, she was the daughter of the late George and Angeline (Satkowski) Roundell.

Connie was a graduate of St. Euphrasia High School in Baltimore, Maryland.  She was a devoted homemaker, mother, and grandmother.  She enjoyed gardening, quilting, knitting, cooking and the companionship of her pets and friends.  Connie was a member of the Jeffersonville United Methodist Church where she was active in many service projects.

Left to cherish her memory are her four daughters and adored grandchildren: Kim (Brian) Chichester, and James, of Pickerington, OH.  Kerry (Richard) Duffy, and Abigail Jean and Ricky, of Chandler, AZ.  Kristy (Gerriant) Musser, and Aniston, Gerriant and Ava of Washington Court House, OH.  Kassie (Cary) Zimmerman Sayers, and Parker, Cooper, Rhiley and Carly, of Washington Court House, OH.  Connie is also survived by her brother, George (Janet) Roundell and sister-in-Law, Nora Roundell all of Toledo, OH.  Her many nieces and nephew also brought joy and a smile to her face.

In addition to her parents, Connie was preceded in death by her son, Ronald Kevin Lee Ringel; brother, Norman (Tiny) Roundell; infant sister, Charlotte Roundell; son-in-Law, Mark Groves.

Due to COVID restrictions, private services will be held, for the family, on Thursday January 21, 2021, Littleton Funeral Home, Sabina, OH with burial following at Fairview Cemetery in Jeffersonville, OH.
