Wilma J. Quigley, 78 of Martinsville, passed away at home, surrounded by her family, on Saturday evening, November 19, 2016.
She is survived by her husband Bobby whom she married September 6, 1957.
She was born November 10, 1938, in Hillsboro, the daughter of Oather and Emma Pauley Deatley Robbins.
A 1956 graduate of Martinsville High School, Wilma was active in the Wilmington Church of Christ, Martinsville Mothers Club and served as the Treasurer of Walnut Hill Church for many years.
She retired as a medical assistant and office manager for Drs. Nathan Hale, Dr. Ruth Hayes and Dr. Eddie Reiley.
In addition to her husband, Wilma is survived by her children: Marla (Keith) Sparks of Xenia, Martin (Cathy) Quigley of Martinsville, Angie Kerns of Wilmington, and Alyssa (Mike) Alden of Sidney; grandchildren: Scott and Benjamin Sparks, Megan (Brandon) Showen, Morgan (Niko) Suntay, Madison Quigley, Andy (Leann) Kerns and Adam Kerns, also Mallory and Cassie Alden; great grandchildren; Emma and Landry Showen, Elijah Suntay, Natalie and Sadie Kerns. Also left to cherish her memory is her brother, Roger (Thelma) Deatley of Arcadia FL; sister in laws, Phyllis Deatley and Ruthanna Steritz, brother in law Neil Felheim.
She was preceded by a brother, Herbert Deatley.
Funeral service will be on Wednesday 11:00 a.m. at the Littleton Funeral Home, Sabina where friends may call on Tuesday from 4-7 p.m.
Burial will be in the New Antioch Cemetery.
Memorials are suggested to Community Care Hospice and Wilmington Church of Christ Missions.
