Robert 'Bob' Lee Jarrell

Robert Lee Jarrell, age 75, of Sabina, passed away in Washington Court House, at St. Catherine’s Manor, on Tuesday, April 5, 2022.

Born in Bloomington on June 27, 1946, he was the son of the late Estel Lee and Geneva Slagle Jarrell.

Bob was a Sabina High School graduate.  He worked alongside his brother and father as owner/operator of Jarrell and Sons Auto Sales, in Sabina, for 35 years.  Bob was skilled in automotive repair and bodywork.

Bob is survived by his son, David S. Jarrell of Washington Court House; two grandsons: Shawn (Tiffany) and Jarod (Brittney) Jarrell; and great-grandchildren: Landen and Elyse.  Also left to cherish his memory is sister, Mary Ann (Harry) Powell of Wilmington and sister in-law, Nancy Jarrell of Sabina; along with nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.

In addition to his parents, Bob was preceded in death by his brother, Estel E. ‘Gene’ Jarrell.

According to his wishes, Bob’s body has been donated to the Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center.  There will be no services.
