Rex M Hilderbrant

Rex M. Hilderbrant, age 65, of Wilmington, passed away on Saturday November 25, 2023, at Clinton Memorial Hospital.

Born September 12, 1958, in Wilmington, he was the son of the late Robert and Doris Rinehart Hilderbrant.

Rex was a graduate of East Clinton High School and worked with his father for many years at Hilderbrant Plumbing.  He later retired from Clinton Memorial Hospital, where he worked in the maintenance department. He was an excellent ball player and played with the Playmakers Softball Team for several years. He also enjoyed bowling, drag racing and restoring cars. His family had the concession stand at the Richland Township Park.

Rex is survived by his daughters: Michelle (David Hayslip) Hilderbrand and Chelsea Hilderbrant; his son, Bryan Hilderbrand; grandchildren: Angelique, Eli, Natalia, Kylah and Gavin. Also left to cherish his memory is his faithful and loving dog, Rockie; and the mother of his daughters, Melodee Hilderbrant.

A visitation will be held on Friday afternoon December 1, 2023, at Littleton Funeral Home, Sabina, from 4:00 P.M. until his celebration of life at 6:00 P. M.
