Rebecca Wolfe Johnson, 89, of New Vienna, passed peacefully, at home, on January 4, 2018.
The daughter of Frank and Georgia Thompson Wolfe, Rebecca was born on December 29, 1928 in Fayette County.
She was married, in 1953, to Robert L. Johnson, who precedes her in death.
Rebecca was a graduate of Sabina High School. She retired, as cook, from East Clinton Schools. Rebecca loved quilting and sewing.
She is survived children, Ruth Ann (Mike) Liming and John (Kathy) Johnson. Also left to cherish her memory are grandchildren: Tracy (Ash) Mongold, Jenny (Brent) Snow-Marshall, Joseph (Melanie) Johnson, Jessica (Eric) Harper, Miranda (Travis) Stanforth, Jonathan (Kayli) Johnson, Andrew (Rachael) Liming and 12 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her sister Sue Bock.
Funeral services will be at 3pm on Tuesday, January 9, 2018, at the New Vienna Church of Christ. Friends may call from 1pm until the time of service. Burial to follow in New Vienna IOOF cemetery. Memorial contributions are suggested to Community Care Hospice and the New Vienna Church of Christ.
