Peggy A. (Grooms) Pauley

Peggy A. Pauley, age 74, of Sabina, passed away on Tuesday January 21, 2025, at Hospice of Dayton.

Born in Cherry Fork on November 9, 1950, she was the daughter of Roy and Marjorie Brooks Grooms.

Peggy is survived by her husband, Joseph Pauley, whom she married June 18, 1971.

A former employee of Allied Technology, Peggy had retired from Kurz-Kasch-Fortis after many years. She was a member of the Sabina Moose Lodge and Sabina Senior Citizens. Peggy enjoyed going to Eldora Speedway races.

In addition to being survived by Joe, she is survived by their son Mark of Sabina.  Also left to cherish her memory are her sister, Lori Turner of Sabina, along with sisters in law, Sharon Grooms and Carol Grooms.

She was preceded by her siblings, Nancy Grooms, Phyllis Johnson, Tom Grooms and Joe Grooms.

Memorial donations, of dog and cat food, may be made to any animal shelter in Peggy’s name.

Visitation will be held on Friday January 31, 2025, from 5:00pm until 7:00pm at Littleton Funeral Home, Sabina, where a funeral service will be held at 11am on Saturday, February 1. 2025.  Burial will follow at the Sabina Cemetery.
