Mildred “Mid” Tyndall, 81, of Springfield, formerly of Wilmington, passed away on April 2, 2017 at Springfield Medical Center. She was born to Chester and Dora Irene Puckett Dunn July 13, 1935 in Pike county. Mildred was a loving mother and housewife. She was a professional ironer and did housekeeping for hotels and nursing homes and member of Latham Church of God. Mildred was preceded in death by her husband Willie “Buddy” Tyndall. She is survived by a special niece and caregiver Susan Ferryman of Springfield, her children Joe Tyndall of Springfield, Jeff Tyndall of Wilmington, grandchildren Chad, Dustin and David Tyndall and great grand daughter Brooklyn Reedy. Also surviving are sister Ruth Boyd of Springfield, sister in law Margaret Dunn of Sabina, special cousin Melby Williams of Pike county, an aunt Irene Puckett of Wilmington and nieces and nephews. Mildred is also preceded in death by her son Jimmy Tyndall, brothers Noah Robert and William Dunn. Friends may call from 12:00-2:00pm on Thursday April 6, 2017 at the Littleton Funeral Home in Sabina with funeral services starting at 2:00pm. Internment will take place at Clinton Memory Gardens.
