Marlin "Toby" Eavers

Marlin “Toby” Eavers, 84 of Sabina, passed away on Wednesday February 8, 2023 at Miami Valley Hospital. Born in Jamestown on May 1, 1938 the son of Otho and Herma Kiser Eavers. He is survived by his wife, Carolyn Grooms Eavers. An Army veteran, serving from 1957 until 1960, he had retired as a semi and dump truck driver. Also, a former member of the American Legion and the Honor Guard. In addition to his wife, Toby is also survived by his children; Cindy (John) Pelham, Debbie (Ron) Klare, Marlin (Kathy) Eavers, Tammy (JB) Metcalf, Ann (Richie) Oliver, April (Chad Dixon) Eavers, Andy (Michele) Marietta and Lisa Marietta. Several grandchildren and great grandchildren. He was preceded by two brothers, Gary and Ronnie. There will be a public graveside service at the Jamestown-Old Silvercreek Cemetery, Jamestown on Wednesday February 15, 2023 at 11:00 A.M. Littleton Funeral Home, Sabina is in charge of arrangements.
