Mark Drew Allen, age 72, of Good Hope, passed away peacefully at home on Wednesday, January 29, 2025.
Born in Hamilton, Ohio, on March 24, 1952, he was the son of the late Homer and Edrif Ivers Allen.
Mark is survived by his wife of nearly 50 years, Gayle Wrenn Allen. The two were united in marriage on September 27, 1975.
A graduate of Ross High School, Mark went on to attend the Ohio State University, where he received a bachelor's degree in agronomy. He was very mechanically inclined and loved nature. Mark was a farmer and owned his own excavating business.
In addition to his wife, Mark is survived by their children: Alyssia (Damon) McMahon of Liberty Township and Daniel (Rebekah) Allen of Good Hope. Also left to cherish his memory are grandchildren: Tiernan and Kian McMahon and Silas, Nolan and Waite Allen; siblings: Michael Allen and LouAnn Lakes; along with a host of nieces and nephews.
Mark was preceded in death by his parents, grandson, Zander McMahon, and brother Jerry Allen.
Memorial contributions would be greatly appreciated to Fayette Bible Church or Fayette Christian School.
Visitation will be on Friday February 7, 2025 at the Littleton Funeral Home, Sabina from 10:00 A.M. until the time of service at Noon.
Burial will follow in the Good Hope Cemetery.
