Margaret E. (Buck) Pollard

Margaret E. Pollard, age 87, of Wilmington, passed peacefully on Tuesday, October 12, 2021.

Born in Fayette County on September 6, 1934, she was the daughter of Thurman and Garnet Spurlock Buck.

Margaret was preceded in death by her husband, William Pollard, in 2014.

A devoted homemaker, Margaret also worked at, and retired from, the Randall Company.  She was a member of the Wilmington Church of God.

She is survived by her children: Linda (Charles) Collins of New Vienna, Roy (Robin) Litteral of New Holland, David Litteral of Columbus, Norma Jean (John) Phillips of Wilmington, and Nancy (Ronald) Hampton of Lawton, Oklahoma.  Also left to cherish her memory are fourteen grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.

In addition to her husband, Margaret was preceded in death by siblings: George Buck, Mary Lute, Charles Buck and Wanda Litteral.

Memorial contributions would be appreciated to the Alzheimer’s Association.

Family will receive friends at Littleton Funeral Home, Sabina, on Thursday, October 14, 2021, from 3-5pm, when a funeral service will begin.  Burial, at Sabina Cemetery, will take place at the convenience of the family.
