Marcella June Yankie, age 82, of Washington Court House, passed on Saturday, December 31, 2016.
Born August 3, 1934, she was the daughter of the late John and Helen 'Brown' McClure.
Marcella graduated from McClain High School and was a devoted homemaker. In recent years, she was a resident at the Seton Apartments in Washington Court House. She loved living there; working puzzles, doing crafts, and playing cards with other residents.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her former husband, Dean Yankie and brother, Waldo 'Bud' McClure.
Marcella is survived by her daughters, Cindy (John) Binegar and Mary Ann (Tim Mitchell) Morris. Also surviving are grandchildren, Heath (Karen) Binegar, Charissa Sylla and Chad (Amy Jo) Morris; great-grandchildren, Alyce Sylla and Winter Binegar; and a sister, Shirley Jean Evans.
Family will receive friends at Littleton Funeral Home, Sabina, on Tuesday, January 3, 2017 from 5-7pm. A private funeral service will be held at the convenience of the family and burial will follow in Centerville Cemetery, Lees Creek.
