She is survived by her daughters: Krista Daniels of Springhill, Florida, and Luann (Dustin) Stanforth of South Charleston; sons: Billy Tipton, who was her devoted caregiver, of Washington Court House and Calvin Tipton of South Charleston. Also left to cherish her memory are several grandchildren and great-grandchildren; sister, Libbie Dunn; best friend, Dona Langley; along with a host of nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, Lulubelle was preceded in death by siblings: Jim, Jack, Tom, Harry, Charlie, Scott and Wanda Lou Wheeler.
Memorial contributions would be greatly appreciated to the funeral home to help with final expenses.
