Linda Lou Risley

Linda Lou Risley, age 65, of Sabina, passed away on Wednesday, November 22, 2023, at Miami Valley Hospital.

Born December 17, 1957, in Xenia, the daughter of the late John and Donna Hutchison Risley Sr.

After high school, Linda went on to study at Clark State, The Christ Hospital College of Nursing and graduated from Capital University. She was a Registered Nurse and had worked at Springfield Community Hospital and retired from DeVita’s of Springfield. She was very busy helping people in any way she could.  Beginning with the Youth Program at the First Christian Church of Springfield, and more recently, East Clinton Band Boosters and Band Mom’s, Linda donated her time, talents and financial help to students. She was also very active with the youth and CR at the Sabina Church of Christ.

Linda is survived by her beloved pets: Teddy and Bristol; along with her siblings, Martha Risley, Patti (Duane) Taylor, Judy (Bryan Stivers) Risley and John (Loren) Risley Jr.

Visitation will be on Thursday, November 30, 2023, at Littleton Funeral Home, Sabina from 4:00 P,M, until the time of service at 6:00 P.M.
