Lester A. Davis

Lester A. Davis, age 66, of Sabina, passed away peacefully at The Christ Hospital on Thursday, January 9, 2025.

Born May 19, 1958, in Highland County, he was the son of the late Pauline Barnes Wells and Lester F. Davis.

Lester was a residential and commercial builder.  He enjoyed being a craftsman and building cabinets and shelving outside of work.  Lester loved going on vacation, fishing, hunting and camping.

He is survived by his wife, Joyce Robinette Chandler.  Also left to cherish Lester’s memory are stepchildren: Melinda Turner of Wilmington, Brice Miller of Mansfield, and David (Kim) Seitz of Clarksville; 12 step-grandchildren and 31 step-great-grandchildren; along with siblings: Ralph Woodrow (Sharon) Davis, James Robert (Lisa) Davis, Ray Kevin Wells, Michael Wayne Wells, Wilson (Sheri) Wells and Debra King.

In addition to his parents, Lester was preceded in death by siblings: Paul David Wells, Steven Carl Wells, Jerald Wells and Gerald Wells; stepdaughter, Elizabeth Seitz; and step grandson, Justin Sizemore.

Services will be held at the convenience of the family.  Burial will take place at Greenfield Cemetery.  Littleton Funeral Home, Sabina, has been entrusted with arrangements.
