Kenneth W. Duncan, age 88, of Washington C.H. passed away on Tuesday morning, April 19, 2016 at Court House Manor.
Born April 30, 1927, in Bloomingburg, the son of Edward and Mary Elizabeth Hayner Duncan, Kenneth lived most of his life around Washington C.H.
He served in the Army, retired from GM after 38 years, and was a former member of the VFW, Eagles, Amvets, Masonic Lodge and the Moose.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Esther Rinehart Duncan who passed in 2011.
Kenneth is survived by his children Kathy (Jim) Massie of Largo, FL, Nancy Mustard, Donald (Iris) Duncan, Penny (Tom) Henize and Mary Ellen (Robert) Elkins all of Washington C.H.
Also left to cherish his memory are grandchildren, Duncan, Michelle, Cindy, Ricky, Paula, Donnie, Kristy, Jeff, Amber, Brandon, and Robbie; along with numerous great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren; and brothers, Billy Duncan and Gary Duncan.
Along with his parents and wife, Kenneth is preceded in death by an infant son, Bruce Wayne, his sister, Wilma Trenner, and brothers, Clarence, Amos, Charles, and Jimmy Duncan.
