Joy A. (Ferguson) Terrell

Joy A. Terrell, 78, of Dayton, passed away on Wednesday afternoon, January 23, 2019, at Southview Hospital.

Born September 29, 1940, the daughter of Robert Ferguson and Dorothy Shadley Ferguson House.

Joy was a graduate of Sabina High School and retired from Southview Hospital, after 22 years. She was also a member of the Zion Memorial UCC and the board secretary of the Moraine Senior Center. She loved helping people and traveling.

Joy is survived by her children: Greg and Amy Terrell and Steve and Christy Terrell. Also left to cherish her memory are grandchildren: Evan and Alison.

She was preceded in death by siblings: Bonnie Brannon and Robert Ferguson.

Family will receive friends at the Zion Memorial Church, 4000 S. Dixie Dr. Dayton, on Thursday January 31, 2019, from 2pm until 4pm, when a funeral service will begin. Burial will be at the Sabina Cemetery on Friday, February 1, 2019, at 11:00 a.m. Arrangements are under the direction of Littleton Funeral Home, Sabina.
