Joseph A. Dennis

Joseph A. Dennis, age 58, of Sabina, passed peacefully with his family by his side on Friday, October 2, 2020.

Born in Highland County on July 24, 1962, he was the son of the late Richard, Sr. and Brenda ‘Smith’ Dennis.

Joe was a graduate of East Clinton High School.  He worked as a manager in apartment complexes and at the Spaghetti Warehouse.  Joe was a kind person with a big heart and really enjoyed life.  He was happiest spending time with family, and he loved to dance and play darts.

Joe leaves behind his companion, Michael Smith, and two sons, Joshua Dennis of Lebanon, TN, and Wesley (Leslie) Dennis of Springfield.  Also left to cherish his memory are grandchildren: Lincoln Joseph Nichols, Annaleigh Rose Dennis, and Jonah William Benjamin Dennis; sister, Cheryl (James Hicks) Dennis of Sabina; brothers: Richard ‘Rick’ (John Henderson) Dennis, Jr. of Terre Haute, IN, and Gary Dennis of Sabina; along with a host of nieces and nephews. He was preceded by his sister Kathy Dennis Ludwick.

Memorial contributions may be made to the funeral home to help with final expenses.

Family will receive friends at Littleton Funeral Home, Sabina, on Tuesday, October 6, 2020, from 10-12Noon, when a funeral service will begin.  Burial to follow at Sabina Cemetery.
