Jonathan Eric Keller, age 63, of Wilmington, died peacefully on March 4, 2021.

He is survived by his loving wife, Saundra Blackburn Keller. The two were married on March 21, 2009.

In addition to his wife, Jon is survived by two step children: Angel (Brad) Van Hoose of New Vienna and Nathan (LaLisa) Caplinger of Wilmington; step granchildren: Michael Seitz, Caleb Caplinger and Waylon Van Hoose.

Jon served 16 years and retired from the Air Force National Reserves.  After retiring from the AFNR, he was a Flight Engineer at Airborne Express for 11 years. In January of 2013, Jon and his wife, Saundra, became the owners of Warning Office Supplies in Wilmington.

Jon spent many years in Florida enjoying the warm weather and spending time with friends at the ocean. Jon also enjoyed listening to music and playing the guitar. Most of all, he loved to entertain and spend time with his family and friends.

A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, March 21, 2021, at the Wilmington American Legion Post 49 (140 E. Locust Street, Wilmington) from 1 pm -4 pm.  At 2pm, the Honor Guard will do a walk-through, followed by a presentation of Military Honors.
