John G. "Jack" Fasold, age 96, of Grove City, passed away peacefully on Saturday, February 15, 2025, at Grant Medical Center.
Born August 21, 1928, in Mt. Healthy, Ohio, Jack was the son of Minnie Schuster Fasold and Arthur Fasold. He was reunited in peace with his beloved wife and mother of his children, Mary Lou Crum Fasold, who preceded him in death in 1968.
Jack is survived by his dearest Judy Daniels. For the past 43 years, they shared a beautiful life and deep love together.
A graduate of Mt. Healthy High School and Ohio Northern University, Jack dedicated 35 years to Rockwell International as a research and development engineer. Jack will be remembered for his kindness, warmth, and unwavering love for those closest to him. His heart was always full, and he treasured every moment spent with family. His memory will continue to live on in the hearts of those who loved him.
In addition to Judy, Jack is survived by his children; Karen (Robert) Carter of Sabina, Ohio; David (Melanie) Fasold of San Diego, CA; and John (Kelly) Fasold of Alexandria, KY. Also left to cherish his memory are grandchildren; Brent (Kristen) Carter, Katie Carter (Molly), and Ryan Fasold, along with great-grandchildren; Kyntara, Kayda, Bryton, and Hudson.
Jack embraced Judy’s family as his own and is survived by her children; Terri (Rodney) Harvey of Sarasota, FL; and Traci (Charlie) Jones of Port Orange, FL, along with grandchildren; Brianna (Jason) Moomey and Tyler (Jenna) Jones, and great-grandchildren; Myla, Hunter, and London.
Also surviving are many extended family members including Terri Fasold.
Jack’s life centered around his faith, family, friends, and being a fan. He was an active member at Peace United Methodist Church in Pickerington, Ohio. Jack cherished family gatherings with his jokes, laugh, willingness to listen, and genuine smile. He treasured his friends and appreciated their understanding, kindness, and support. Jack was a passionate Ohio State Buckeye, Cincinnati Reds, and Cincinnati Bengals fan. He was the biggest fan when he followed his grandchildren and great grandchildren in their sports and activities. Jack loved to golf and travel. He truly was a fan of people.

A Celebration of Jack’s Life will be held at Peace United Methodist Church (235 Diley Rd., Pickerington, OH 43147) on Sunday, March 16, 2025, at 3:00 P.M. The family will greet friends an hour before at the church. All are welcome to join at Combustion Brewery Event Space (80 W. Church St. Pickerington, Ohio 43147) from 5 -8. Littleton Funeral Home, Sabina, has been entrusted with arrangements.
