JoAnn Woolums, age 78, of Wilmington, passed away on Saturday morning, April 30, 2016, at the Butler and Warren Counties Hospice.
Born September 2, 1937 in Decatur Alabama, she was the daughter of James Harold and Jessie Mae Harry Niager.
JoAnn was preceded in death by her husband, George R. Wollums in 2001.
She had worked at US Shoe and retired from Bundy Tubing and was a member of Wilmington Senior Citizens.
JoAnn is survived by her children Cindy (Greg) Allbright of Wilmington, Rick (Janice) Woolums of Lebanon and Keith (Mickey) Woolums of St. Louis. Also left to cherish her memory are grandchildren: Jason (Bethany) Woolums, Blaire (Pete) Brown, Danielle Ritchey, Josh and Jordan Woolums, Courtney and Ryan Allbright, Rob (Jennifer) Cleaver and Chris Cleaver; 12 great grandchildren; and siblings: Linda Gail and Brenda Sue. She was preceded by siblings, Robena and Dorothy Ann.
