James Bradford 'Brad' Henthorn

James Bradford ‘Brad’ Henthorn, age 65, of New Vienna, passed away unexpectedly on Monday, March 17, 2025, at Highland District Hospital.

Born on May 7, 1959, he was the son of the late Henry D. and Betty L. Minzler Henthorn.

Brad spent his life working as a mechanic.   He loved cars – movies with cars, working on cars, looking at cars, model cars, you name it; if it had to do with cars, Brad liked it!  He also enjoyed motorcycles, family cookouts, spending time with his children and being a grandpa.

Brad is survived by his children: Christopher (Danielle) Henthorn of Batavia, Tyler (Heather Howland) Henthorn of Lynchburg, Justin (Latasha) Henthorn of Midland and Katelyn Roades of New Vienna.  Also left to cherish his memory are grandchildren: Christopher, Braden, Colton, Justin, Greyson, Garrett, Cody and Lillian; sisters: Reta (Brian Beard) Ontko and Mary (Dennis) Woods; brother, Dana Henthorn; numerous nieces and nephews; the mother of his sons, Teresa Henthorn Bennett.

In addition to his parents, Brad was preceded in death by his sister, Darlene Bennett; brother, Andy Henthorn; and the mother of his daughter, Connie Lynn Roades.

Family will receive friends at Littleton Funeral Home, Sabina, on Tuesday, March 25, 2025, from 11am until Noon, when a funeral service will begin.  Burial to follow at Sabina Cemetery.
