Gloria Ruth (Morrow) Burris

Gloria Ruth Burris, age 93 of Sabina, passed away on Saturday May 25, 2024, at Wilmington Rehab and Nursing.

Born in Sabina on April 30, 1931, she was the daughter of Cleo McKinney Morrow Rambo and Delbert Morrow.

She was preceded in death by her husband Jack Burris; children: Vanessa, Mark and Robert; along with a twin sister, Dora and brothers Robert and William Morrow.

A graduate of Sabina High School in 1949, Gloria Ruth had been a bookkeeper for Larry Roberts, National Gear and retired from Liberty Financial Group. She was a member of Sabina Church of Christ and loved to garden and crocheting.

She is survived by children; Sherrie (Donald, dec) Stoops of Wilmington, Rick (Joyce, dec) Burris of Stout, Ohio and Rex (Ginny Bernard) Burris of Sabina. Also left to cherish her memory are several grandchildren and great grandchildren.

A graveside service will be on Friday, May 31, 2024, at 11:00 A.M. at the Sabina Cemetery with a luncheon will follow at the COVE (next to the Sabina Church of Christ). Arrangements are under the direction of Littleton Funeral Home, Sabina.    As Gloria Ruth loved to say when you parted from her... "Have a GLORIOUS Day"
