George William Kessler

George William Kessler, age 75, of Sabina, passed away Tuesday, April 21, 2020, at Clinton Memorial Hospital.

George “Bill” was born April 4, 1945 in Dayton, the son of the late George E. and Inez ‘Ross’ Kessler.

In 1969, George was initiated into the IBEW Union 71.  He was a heavy equipment operator over 40 years.  George was later associated with Snow Motors.  He was a hard working and quite the story teller.  George loved racing at Kil-Kare and chewing tobacco.

He is survived by his loving wife, Ruby ‘Huff’ Kessler; two daughters: Amy (Kevin) Bean and Kim Olds.  Also left to cherish his memory are grandchildren: Keith (Autumn) Bean, Kyle (Rachel) Bean, Molly Olds, Kaeleb (Sarah Milner) Bean, Victoria Olds, Maddison Olds, and Jacob Olds; great-granddaughters: Kenna, Penelope, and Grace; along with a beloved great niece, Gracie Huff; and siblings: Robert (Susan) Kessler, Jerry (Patty) Kessler, Steve (Melissa Roberts) Kessler, Julie Sheets, and Clyde (Crystal) Kessler.

In addition to his parents, George was preceded in death by his son in-law, William Olds; and siblings: L. Christine Huff and Brenda and Lisa Kessler.

Private services are being held at the convenience of the family with burial at Sabina Cemetery.  Arrangements have been entrusted to Littleton Funeral Home, Sabina.  Please visit littletonfuneralhome.com for condolences.
