Freida Alberta 'Bert' (Mountjoy) Cochran

Freida Alberta ‘Bert’ Cochran, age 79, of Sabina, passed peacefully at University Hospital in Cincinnati on Monday, February 22, 2021.

Born in Fayette County on January 27, 1942, she was the daughter of Albert and Anna Bonderant Mountjoy.

Bert retired from Autumn Years Nursing and Rehabilitation in Sabina, where she was an STNA.  She was a former member of the Wilmington Eagles and the Sabina Moose.

She is survived by children: Albert Cochran of Sabina, Tina Yerian of Xenia, and Sandra Kay (Brad) Snow of Hillsboro.  Also left to cherish Bert’s memory are grandchildren: Jarred and Sarah Cochran, Bryan and Joshua Davis, and Clint and Clyde Snow; six great grandchildren; former husband, Richard Cochran of New Vienna; and brother, Brian Mountjoy.

Family will receive friends at Littleton Funeral Home, Sabina, on Friday, February 26, 2021, from 11:30 am to 1 pm, when a funeral service will begin.  Burial to follow at Sabina Cemetery.
