Eugene Jon Seeger

Eugene Jon Seeger, 64, of Sabina, Ohio, died peacefully at his home on January 8, 2025.

He was born on November 10, 1960, in Ashland, Wisconsin to Eugene “Gene” and Suzie Seeger.

Jon attended Ashland High School before joining the Army’s 101st Airborne Division and receiving the rank of Sargent.  He spent a large portion of his life coaching youth soccer and was very active in karate.  He was in good standing with the Highland Masonic Temple along with the Eastern Star.

Jon is survived by his wife, Regina Lindsey Seeger, of Sabina.  Also left to cherish his memory is his daughter Cheresa (Tim) Crisp of Nicholasville, Kentucky; his grandson, Timothy “TJ” Crisp, Jr.; his son Anthony “Tony” Seeger of Columbus, Ohio; his siblings Wayne (Cindy) Seeger of Mason, Wisconsin, Troy (Janelle) Seeger of Marengo, Wisconsin, and Todd (Julie) Seeger of Highbridge, Wisconsin, as well as several nieces.

Jon was preceded in death by his parents.

A visitation will be held at Littleton Funeral Home, Sabina, on Saturday, January 18, 2025, from 10-11am, when a memorial service will begin.  Arrangements will be made for a memorial gathering in Ashland, Wisconsin at a later date.
