Constance Marie Fields, age 34, passed peacefully after a lengthy illness, on July 18, 2016. She was at Heartland in Columbus, OH.
Born on March 10, 1982 in Wilmington, she was the daughter of Michelle (Jose Vicente) Fields and the late James Williams Fields, Sr.
Constance is survived by her mother; sons, Donovan Julian and Dominick Javier Dominges; siblings, James Fields, Jr., Mandy Craft, and Kaela and Joseph Vicente. Also left to cherish her memory are several extended family members and friends.
There will be no services.
