Carl E. Osborne Sr.

Carl E. Osborne Sr., age 75, of Lynchburg passed away on Saturday morning, February 27, 2021.

Born December 21, 1945 in Blackwater, VA, he was the son of Forest and Venus Scaff Osborne.

Carl was preceded in death by his wife, Patty Stoops Osborne on December 31, 2019.

A Viet Nam Army Veteran, Carl had retired from R&L Trucking.

He is survived by his children: Bonnie (Jeff) Huseby of Lynchburg, Kim (Bob) Drake of Clarksville, Carl. Osborne Jr. of Jamestown and Mike Osborne of Mason. Also left to cherish his memory are grandchildren: Joseph, Devon, Hannah, Emily, Dylan, Kaity, Hendrix, Rebecca and Riley; great grandchildren: Aspyn and Zander; sibings: Barbara (John) Little, Bessie Dalton and Tennie Bick, Karen (Dennis) Stewart, also Boyd (Brenda), Guy (Sharon), and Dennis Osborne; sisters in law; Hilary Osborne and Pam Rasnic; and brother-in-law. Maynard (Cindy) Stoops.

In addition to his wife, Carl was preceded by a grandson, Tony; and siblings: Mary Lowman and Steve Osborne.

Visitation will be on Friday, March 5, 2021, at the Littleton Funeral Home, Sabina from 11:00 a.m. until Noon, when a funeral service will begin. Burial will be at a later date in Maple Grove Cemetery, Port William. Contributions are suggested to Littleton Funeral Home to help with expenses.
