Arlene Norma (Savin) Sanderson

Arlene Norma Sanderson, age 84, formerly of Washington Court House, passed away in San Pedro, California on Saturday, May 29, 2021.

Born in San Diego, CA, on July 8, 1936, she was the daughter of the late Charles Savin and Flora Sorriano Savin.

Arlene was preceded in death by her husband, Henry ‘Hank’ E. Sanderson, Jr, who passed on May 9, 2019.  The two were united in marriage on September 15, 1983.

Left to cherish her memory are her children: Jackie McConnachie of San Pedro, Jimmie McConnachie of Kauai, Hawaii, Janie McConnachie of Manitou Spring, Colorado, and Jerry McConnachie of San Pedro; along with 3 grandchildren.

Arlene is also survived by her husband’s children: Jackie Fraley of Columbus, Gina Oliver and Sherry (Roger) Asch, both of Sabina, and Victoria Luna of Washington Court House and Henry ‘Sandy’ Sanderson of Jeffersonville; fifteen grandchildren, numerous great and great-great grandchildren.

In addition to her husband, Arlene was preceded in death by her sister, Marilyn.

Family will receive friends on Tuesday, June 22, 2021, at Littleton Funeral Home, Sabina, from 2-3pm, when funeral services will begin.  Burial to follow at Milledgeville-Plymouth Cemetery.
