Albert Mitch Smedley, age 68, of Sabina, passed away on Friday morning, November 25, 2016 at Lifecare Hospital.

Born February 15, 1948 to the late William D. Smedley and Roberta M. Lambert Smedley of Sabina.

Mitch was a 1966 East Clinton Graduate, enlisted in the Navy for four years, and then retired from Mac Tools, after 38 years. He was a wood worker, NASCAR, Reds, and Bengals fan. He was also a fan of giving blood, having donated 127 gallons.

Mitch is survived by his loving daughters: Michelle Wagers, of Fairborn and Melissa Smedley, of Sabina. Also surviving are grandchildren, Mitchell and McKenna; siblings, Debbie (Dan) Curliss of New Vienna, Ronald (Jeannie) of Washington Court House and Larry (Rose) Smedley of Wilmington.

Visitation will be at the Littleton Funeral Home, Sabina on Monday, November 28, 2016, from 5-7:00 p.m. and a private service will be at the convenience of the family. Burial will be in Clinton Memory Gardens. Memorials are suggested to The Red Cross Blood Donor Program or just give blood, and the Wilmington Area Humane Society.
