Alan E. Harperee

Alan E. Harperee, age 69, passed peacefully at his Sabina home on Wednesday, April 2, 2025.

Born on July 31, 1955, he was the son of the late Orlyn E. Harperee and Geraldine Flax Harperee Shadley.

Alan is survived by his wife of nearly 26 years, Dolores ‘Dori’ Furguson Harperee.  The two were united in marriage on May 29, 1999.

Alan graduated from East Clinton in 1973.  He worked for Palm Harbor and Kurz-Kasch.  In younger years, Alan enjoyed fishing trips to Canada.  Later, he could often be found sitting on his front porch, watching for hummingbirds.

In addition to his wife, Alan is survived by a daughter, Megan Harperee, and brothers: Randy Harperee and Lynn (Vicky) Harperee.

He was preceded in death by his parents and brother, Harold ‘Trent’ Harperee.

In keeping with his wishes, Alan is to be cremated and there will be no services.  Littleton Funeral Home, Sabina is assisting with arrangements.
