Carolyn Ann (Roberts) Bias

Carolyn Ann Bias, age 76, formerly of Blanchester, passed on Tuesday, June 22, 2021 at Garbry Ridge Assisted Living, in Troy, where she was a resident.

Born in Clinton County on August 21, 1944, the daughter of the late Russell and Jane Wilkerson Roberts.

Carolyn was preceded in death by her husband, Richard E. Bias, in 2012.  The two were united in marriage on November 14, 1964.

A 1962 Adams Township High School graduate, Carolyn worked as a Dental Assistant for 45 years.  During her career she worked for Dr. McMullen, Dr. Testerman and Dr. Langston-McKenna.  Carolyn served on the Clinton Massie School Board for 12 years.  She loved yard work, shopping, spending time with her friends and was always willing to help anyone.

She is survived by her children: Melissa (Michael) Moon of Berlin Heights, Ohio and Russell (Jenni) Bias of Troy, Ohio.  Also left to cherish her memory are grandchildren: Devin, Hunter, Christian, Morgan, Grant, Alison, Mary and Madison; sisters: Marilyn (Michael, dec.) Rose and Crystal (Marty) Mitchener, all of Wilmington; and brother, Roger (Beverly) Roberts of Clarksville; along with numerous friends.

Memorial contributions would be appreciated to the Humane Society, the Alzheimer’s Association, and Hospice of Miami County.

Family will receive friends at Littleton Funeral Home, Sabina, on Saturday, June 26, 2021, from 11am – 1pm, when a funeral service will begin.  Burial to follow at Clinton Memory Gardens, Wilmington.
